Important COVID-19 Information for Our Clients and Friends

The COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic has significantly affected us all, including our firm. The State of Ohio, under the leadership of Governor DeWine, has issued orders that are difficult but are our best chance at limiting the public spread of COVID-19.  At this point, schools, eat-in restaurants, bars, salons, rec centers, churches, and courts are all operating much differently than they have in the past.  More restrictions may be in the future.  Through it, all, Laubacher & Co. has implemented procedures to keep our employees and our clients safe, while effectively meeting our clients’ legal needs.  We’re in this together.

Laubacher & Co. remains open for business, and we will continue to provide the same high-quality legal services to our clients. Our attorneys, and most staff members, will be often working remotely in the coming weeks and months. Fortunately, we already had technology in place to allow our firm to operate remotely with very little interruption in services to our clients. Emails and phone calls continue to be directed to our attorneys and staff as if they were working in the office. Your attorney will also provide you with a direct dial number, in the event we are not present in our physical offices.

We are planning to continue normal operations, as much as possible. We are asking that you do not stop into the office at this time; we will work with you via video and telephone, but we are not scheduling in-person meetings until further notice.  We look forward to meeting with you again once this crisis has passed.

Laubacher & Co. has been advocating for children and families for over 20 years.  We know our clients are going to be radically affected by the changes that are occurring by the hour as a result of this public health crisis. We’ll be here for you!  Our focus is, and always will be, providing our clients with the highest quality legal services to protect their rights and safeguard their children’s futures.

If you have any questions regarding how these procedures will affect you or your legal matter, please contact your attorney directly. We will get through this together, and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Thank you, and be well.
