Founding attorney Eric R. Laubacher began this Ohio family law practice in 1999 after earning his law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Eric is also a graduate of the American Bar Association Domestic Relations Litigation Institute. He was appointed by the Ohio family law courts to protect the interests of children in divorce cases through the guardian ad litem project. He is a past nominee for “guardian ad litem of the year." Prior to joining Laubacher & Co., Ms. Santosuosso was associated with another prominent area litigation firm, after serving for two years as a judicial attorney in the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals where she worked on cases dealing with administrative law, torts, labor and employment, product liability, medical malpractice, criminal law and a host of other legal matters.
